The Toy Run is South Africa’s largest motorcycle ride, and it’s all for charity. Anyone with a bike can participate, provided they bring at least one toy to donate to needy children in South Africa. Tens of thousands of bikes rally together every November, laden with toys, and they ride through the city to the collection point at Maynardville. The toys are then distributed to charities in need. Even if you don’t have a bike, you can donate toys to the cause, or buy a ticket to attend the main event arena and enjoy the bar, live music, and festive atmosphere. Check their website for details.
